We undertake to gather all the necessary documents such as the medical history (having patient’s consent), hospital invoices and doctor’s fees, in order that they are sent to your insurance company as soon as possible.
If the overseas doctor requests to be informed of the progress of your recovery, by periodically receiving test results, or in the unlikely case of unexpected complications after your return home, we are in constant communication with him, in order to deliver all the necessary medical documents.
We provide the overseas doctor all the relevant contact details of the treating doctors of the patient’s residence country in order to forward any medical reports if required.
Finally, we undertake to provide the patient with copies of his medical report and his hospital’s account. We also keep a full file of each case.
